PageForge LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective: June 5, 2026

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information PageForge LLC (“PageForge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects when you visit pageforge.live (the “Site”), how we use that information, and what choices you have. We have written this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at connor@pageforge.live.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form on our Site, we collect the information you provide. This includes:

  • Your full name
  • Your business name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • A description of your business or project

We only ask for what we need to respond to your inquiry and properly evaluate whether we can help.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized information about Site usage — things like which pages were viewed, how long visitors stayed, and what country traffic is coming from. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4), a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Unlike Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data — such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. This information is processed by Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

2. How we use your information

Information you give us through the contact form is used to:

  • Respond to your inquiry about web design services
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls
  • Send you a project proposal or quote if you request one
  • Communicate with you about an active project, if we end up working together

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell your information. Ever.

3. How we share your information

We share information only with the services we use to operate. Specifically:

  • Resend. Our contact form submissions are transmitted through Resend, an email delivery service, so they reach our inbox at connor@pageforge.live. Resend processes the email briefly to deliver it and does not retain it for any other purpose. Resend's privacy practices are available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Vercel. Our Site is hosted on Vercel, and Vercel Analytics processes anonymized Site usage data as described above. Vercel's privacy practices are available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Google. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to measure how the Site is used. Google processes this analytics data on our behalf. Google's privacy practices are available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PageForge, our clients, or the public — but only to the extent legally required.

4. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what information we have about you.
  • Request a copy of any information you have shared with us.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information from our records, except where we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.
  • Opt out of any communication from us at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at connor@pageforge.live. We will respond within 30 days.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, plus a reasonable retention period for record-keeping (typically two years from the date of last contact). If we end up working together on a project, we retain your information for the duration of our engagement plus seven years for tax and legal compliance. You can request earlier deletion at any time per Section 4.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Our Site uses HTTPS encryption. Our email is hosted on a secure provider. Project files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. No method of transmission over the internet is one hundred percent secure, but we take this seriously.

7. Children's privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately at connor@pageforge.live and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted prominently on the Site for 30 days. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
